Sluggish Cooker Floor Pork with Cauliflower Fried Rice


Elements for the meat sauce:

half medium onion, finely diced
three cloves of garlic, minced or finely diced
2 lbs of floor pork (or different meats)
half cup (120 ml) tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
half cup (120 ml) bone broth (or different broth)
Salt and pepper, to style

Elements for the cauliflower rice:

1 cauliflower, damaged into florets
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, to cook dinner with
½ carrot

To make the meat sauce, add all of the meat sauce components to a sluggish cooker and set on low warmth for six hours.
